Probably because they are complete r-tards, that can't even communicate within their own departments. They set a 12 month Price Target on BDR last week of 40c. Bit hard to call a stock an outperform if you think its going to be worth less in 12 months than it is now
But really anyone that thinks this will be 40c in 12 months time is mad. I will happily have their shares for 35c (you know time value of money and all)
