As for part 1. I think this got discussed somewhere else at one point (but my no means expect you to know that as if you haven't been following the stock there would be 1000's of posts to get through) but those two numbers are what they always use in corporate presentations. As far as I know Australia has tax treaties with a lot of country so I think tax is primarily paid in the domicile in which the income is produced. Take my explanation with a grain of salt though as I am not an international accountant and am speaking from a basic understanding.
As for the debt repayments. You are correct, bit of laziness on my part. Most of those repayments are capital and not interest so wouldn't be deductible. However in saying that people usually don't put debt repayments in NPV calculations at all so by virtue of the fact I have included them in as cash flow items probably reduced the NPV more than including tax credits for the whole repayment increased it.
I appreciate the points of discussion though. Obviously the NPV calcs were based on a lot of assumptions and inputs and may not come to pass but it is good to have an idea.
I notice your buy/not held disclosure. Are you considering buying? Any other info you want from the solid team we have hear before entering the bus?
Sorry missed your last question. Board and management not much as they are relatively new (most of them) but Atomic posted a top 10 the other day. Paradice, Van Eck and Hunter Hall hold close to 30% between them

Mr Barrett, Mr Watkins and Mr Redhead has 10m shares between them. That's decent skin in the game. Not sure how much SJ has but he does has 6m options.
SJ told me at the agm he's in BDR to make money and in turn make money for shareholders. Love it. Hope he makes tons of $$ for all of us.
