Cripes @atomic79 I haven't heard anyone talk about peak oil for years.
To my mind the idea the price of gold is linked to the price of oil seems like a roundabout way of saying POG is shaped by inflationary pressures, which seems uncontroversial. I hope we don't need to wait for inflation to spike for the BDR share price to rise though. I'd settle for a weakening USD and modest correction in global equity markets.
