Marketing won't make sense before the tests are officially launched, no point in advertising a test that can't be used. They did advertise it last year when they were still convinced the launch would happen by December. Now they have to wait until it's official to avoid losing credibility before it even started.
Let's hope all the mistakes made here won't be repeated in the USA.
Sp will rise when the official confirmation has been announced. Maybe today's buyer knows that it will happen on Monday.
