relenza is a cure for the avian flu and it is currently being updated as a prophylactic or a preventive. it has NEVER been advertised as a vaccine. in fact there is no vaccine in this whole wide world against h5n1 which is why pres bush has commissioned a US co to develop one but it will not be aval for a while perhaps in years.current vaccines incl csl's is produced from chicken eggs and the h5n1 is so toxic that it is reported they kill the eggs before they can be produced in sufficient quantities to be useful.
