Woohoo the low in '38 was 31 March and high 9 November. No doubt about those dates.
I've counted it again (a few times) and get 223 (each time).
So far we've had a 180 day low - 1/2 of 360
225 is 5/8ths of 360 (225.7 is 61.8% of 365.25).
15 days of rally from 2 October (17 October is a Saturday so it would be either side, the Friday 16th or Monday 19th)for a 225 day rally would mean the last part of the rally from 2 October would be 1/15th portion of the 225 days.
The 45 day move from 2 September would be 1/5th portion if it rallied 225 days.
McLaren has often noted that rallies tend to terminate with a portion of themselves.
