I'd argue the fact that this thread hasn't been moderated, nor have any of the posts calling out TMH for that dumpster fire of an article claiming BRN is somehow in breach of continuous disclosure requirements, indicates the TMH is not exerting influence over HC beyond pushing their content on the HC site.
