My thoughts on the bot are that it is keeping the price at 0.027 to buy in. We saw one a few days ago keeping the price steady at 0.031.
Maybe this morning it was activated to keep the SP low as it was moving back up very quickly.
My main reason for thnking this is that if they wanted to dump, they would have let the SP move further up and go unnoticed.
So given that there is always someone in the know, and that a dump to this mornings announcement was predictable, they might have seen this as the buying opportunity that so many on this forum referred to.

IMO, this bot might be a good sign.
