I think CCC may be attempting to secure as many exploration tenements as they can, because they can see a baragin to be had?

The CCC executive team probably want to beat the likes of companies from India and China to the punch, who are aggresively seeking to expand their energy portfolios in Africa.

At least if CCC can secure these extra tenements to add to its portfolio, they will have the option of drilling them later on, or selling them off later, to the chinese or indians etc at a massive profit?

I think its just another exampole of them attempting to add more value to the company, but why its being kept from the market is a question?

Maybe CCC was keeping this quiet becuase it wanted to add the Zimbabwe purchase to its list of pending price sensitive announcemments? But unfortunately the newspaper story has blown this opportunity?
