I did see that. I think the Aussie can is the classic wide stumpy beetroot can, while the Chinese can is the standard soup/veggie/baked bean size can. Is it a variety that grows smaller maybe? Or they pick it earlier?
I also saw that the Aussie can had 2kJ less energy per 100g. Maybe they pickle it with slightly less sugar.
