People talk about protecting employees. The reality is that responsible firms can't make a profit on week ends.

The companies making money are the ones paying cash in hand and/or paying below minimum wage. Lots of schemes (eg 7-11). Employees are ripped off. The tax payer if ripped off n several ways
- less income tax
- employee often receives some form of welfare
- no GST on sales if its a cash only business (eg many cafes)

If Turnbull really had some guts, he would stamp out this issue. Far more dollars here than the multinationals. Step into any cafe with face recognition technology and see who is claiming on Centrelink.
