Be careful of this company

Hi all,

I smell rotten fish within this company, been doing a bit of digging (researching) of late, I have found some things that don't add up for Mr. Chi Ho Lo, also known as William, who serves as Chief Executive Officer of Fifth Element Resources Limited and serves as its Executive Chairman.

He claims to be a director in some companies names are below.
Mr. Lo served as the Chief Executive Officer of Sino Gas Group Ltd. since December 30, 2005 and served as its Qualified Accountant ASX code SEH.
Also he has been a Director of Magnesium Resources Corporation of China Limited. since August 31, 2007 ASX code CMC.

Now what I have found so far on two companies only is this...... SINO GAS & ENERGY HOLDINGS LISTED ON THE ASX 15/09/09!

Also this...... Magnesium Resources Corporation of China Limited was listed in November 2010......also he is not name as a director of the above company in its prospectus from 20 Sep 2010 page 46,

Just be very careful of FTH, do lots of research on company and its directors, it just doesn't look right to me!
