So the deal is 30million shares now and 30million shares when they get 50% of the prospecting licenses.
Now if the the directors where acting in the best interest of shareholders you would expect them to issue 60 million when they get 100% of the licenses. ddzx has shown that some of the tenements have archeological sites on them and disputes with the local Aboriginal communities for access. is this why the final payment is after only 50% of the licenses are acquired? they know full well they will not get prospecting licences on these tenements.
so lets say PW's company SRL (PW also works for Steinpress Paganin lawyers who are CMY's legal advisors) get 50% of the licenses.
are they then expected out of the goodness of their hearts to apply for the other 50%? Whats stopping them from just walking away?
It also states that SRL will be reimbursed the costs of applying for the licences. How much will this cost?
Why would the CMY directors pay so much money to a company which was only registered 2 weeks ago (the day before the tech deal was cancelled) for prospecting licences they don't have? A company which has an acquaintance of the CMY directors on its board.
