be careful what you scribe on hc because what we copperites see as commonsense warnings and advice to each other on this chat room may be seen by others as slanderous or libellous depending on the circumstances from where such scribed information was garnered.
we can offer facts that can be backed up from reports and asx announcements. we can offer facts that can be garnered form asx dealings. there are rules and laws made by the stock exchange. we can refer to these to see if any such laws and rules have been broken. not that the asx has been much help in the past, nor asic for that matter but when push comes to shove then something has to be done properly.
misleading and blatant abuse of the system when informing investors is not uncommon. if anyone feels that something does not add up properly at any time, be it an announcement or share trading anomaly, then scribe it on hc and let others look into it from their past experience and memories. facts can be checked for accuracy.
i suppose i should use that saying, 'if it all looks to good to be true then it probably is'.
i have said many times that one can trust few directors. this view will never change.
hopefully, we are all here to help each other, oldies and newbees.
having said all this i do appreciate companies have hard times and good times. what I want is that, AT ALL TIMES i want be properly and regularly informed. is it that much to ask ?
