it should have read trillions not billions wasted on inefficient and intermittent renewables.
Germany alone has spent billions for big increases in electrical prices but little effect on co2 as they burn wood to make up for their shut nuclear power..

And it's especially bad if you wear blinkers when you look in that rear view mirror. 27% of German electricity came from renewables last year, triple the amount of ten years ago. Pity your source only looked at solar.
