Over the past 2 weeks I've researched another resource stock to try to work out what they are doing, with whom, where, in the Lithium sector & have posted a fair bit of the info I came across about this on HotCopper. They had been subjected to a co-ordinated short sellers campaign intended to undermine confidence in the company so, as you should DYOR, I looked into the company & these claims to see if the short report could be substantiated. After following all lines of inquiry I could, the claims of the short report were quite easily contradicted. In fact to a Tee, almost every argument raised resulted in the exact opposite conclusion to the shorts being able to be substantiated - IOW a lot of misdirection & manipulation. P!ss & Wind, my Pop used to say.
Most of my change of heart with respect to TNG is mostly down to this & only recent.
The damage the shorts have done to this other company, using every possible line of smear & innuendo to amplify investors misery, I think is going to take some time to correct.
At the same time, because of the notice of the 203D, I've taken a much closer look at TNG & announcements & progress over the past few years, including their associations from a company level to an individual who runs those companies level. This took a fair bit of personal effort as it was very much challenging my own assumptions.
As a result of the closer look at TNG, I now have deep reservations where before announcements were taken mostly at face value.
Which is why some form of reset, IMO, is in the best interests of all parties as from the research I've done without rose coloured glasses on, it would be possible IMO, to misconstrue, manipulate this publicly available information.
The BOD changes proposed would provide that reset.
It is principally for this reason, which I believe to be in the interests of all shareholders, Paul & John, should engage with the TNG Change Management Team.
