GW has so far not explained, why PB needs to be removed from BOD and as MD.
A balanced mix of long-serving insiders and fresh-minded outsiders would IMHO serve shareholders better.
Practically, if the GW-team nominates 2 out of 3 directors, they take full control of the company PB built.
