Not downramping the stock or anything...however I must say that if your prepared to put your money in a stock in a downward spiral ensure in your own mind that your willing to loose 100% of your investment...i.e. the 'bankers' pull the pin and it goes into voluntary liquidation.

I've been in 1 stock Westmex in the late 80's where I put my hard earned money into it...I was only a teenager at the time and it went belly up....boy was i devastated....that was a tax loss for me for a few years...

btw, I don't own CDR, just a bystander on this one.
