I think the CER share price is up because people want it to go up and think that it will. I saw nothing surprising in the results that would warrant an 80% increase in SP.
The doubt over refinancing is still there which is ultimately what drove the price so low.
I think the SP wont explode until there is some resolution to the financing situation.
