    i dont think he got where is he because he is smart, more like a lot of corupt commies gave him everything for nothing.
    i agree that they could just vote for the sale not to proceed but why do that unless they also want to develop the resource.

    i doubt they want to do that, more likely they want the Chinese to pay them a premium for their holding.
