i agree caution should be shown and this is not the silver bullet for marginal stocks.
strong balance sheets,no or low debt and no requirement to seek funds on the open market should be the first criteria to be met before investing
the central banks and now governments are looking at ways to not so much stop the mess but to create a strategy to facilitate a soft landing and unwinding of problems as opposed to the upheavel we are seeing now
if they pull it off an orderly unwinding will prevail and i believe they will as global markets are truly that global and this will require all central banks to commit to such a plan
the economies are not flawed certain companies were flawed and have been exposed and some very smart people were moving in making a killing on the fear which has been fed by media,commentators and investors themselves.
