Yep once Centro has it's loans locked in and payments down due to lower interest rates its only up from here on in.
Most of Centro's retails centres are bread'n'butter type franchises.
It's not going to be easy for them but I think 10cents looks like the support for cer.
Cannot see too many people bothering to sell when most have bought for long term hold.
Only those who have bought for short term profits may panic and drop the price but I am sure there will be plenty of buyers there once the price drops!
