It really depends on whether the announcement contains information that we believe affects our valuation of the business.
If the value of the CER business has not changed, why bother doing anything? History proves time and time again that companies in this situation are re-valued upwards as they return to health. It may take days, weeks, months or years to happen and I think the crux of the matter is that the short-term speculators can't wait that long.
I'd say another long delay in the fate of CNP (which is essentially what we are talking about) due to parties not agreeing is unlikely. It's probably all or nothing now.
