I bought this stock at 5 cents and have a paper loss on it at the moment. I plan to buy more today if the price declines because in my opion the market is not rating the stock fairly. The FDA does not give fast track status to drugs that do not show promise or value to the community and the US Government do not back drugs that do not also show good prospects either.

I think at the moment the investment community is perhaps focusing to much of the history of this company and not its current prospects and financial status and that to me spells opportunity.
