I worked with Vuletta in the contracting side of FRL. Thought he was one of the decent guys always battling to grow the contracting side but was faced with a greedy and selfish board inexperienced in public corporate life. I recall a big dust up at annual report time then he quit after that no one left who knew how to grow a contracting business and a year later FRL was toast. Big $$ paid Turner and Samuels had a lot to answer for. Sounds like Kiernan may be a battle too big for him. Deserves better.
