Not sure yourself and @Diamond Dog understand the crux of the issue - this is a cashflow issue, turnover is near on irrelevant if it cannot be converted to cash in a time-frame agreeable to the banks, and in the last 3 months, it reared its ugly head.
Hence the near death experience and debt restructure.
