NO.

Gold Miners Index is under-performing the XJO. So - there are other better options for your money. See the chart below. The bottom panel shows the relative performance of XDJ to the XJO. There is a clear negative divergence between XGD and the XJO. Quite simply - it doesn't measure up. Buy something else.
