When I attended the AGM in Melbourne last year there was an attempt to overthrow Alex . After several hours Alex collected enough votes to get over the line . It was there I was informed that he was then safe for another two years at Bassari and there was safely on the board at MGO . I do not know what process is required to make overtures there because that was not an issue at the time .
