When you invest in a penny stock & into country that does not require transparency, you have to accept that you will never know where money actually goes.

You can hope that ASX would regulate sufficiently to mitigate your risk, but it's not a guarantee.

$125,000PA is a measly wage for a Director in charge of a multi-million dollar company. I'd love to know how much of the operating costs were supporting his lifestyle, but of course we'll never know.

Insolvency laws are moot at this point.
