And it really depends if yr comparing apples with apples.
Both synthetic and natural graphic can vary greatly in their respective performance/ ESG metrics and market dynamics ,and within that there are trade offs as all are important, and all have consequences if you don’t get it right.
So high quality high ESG synthetic should be compared with high quantity natural high ESG for a proper comparison if the discussion is what is “better”, natural or synthetic.
Im sure NVX don’t want to be lumped in with a dirty low performance Asian synthetic, as is Talga with high performance high ESG criteria with dirty low performance natural Chinese for example.
Of course the OEM’s and battery makers are the ones with the real difficult choices to make, investors will just follow along.
I’m sure they luv if it was all generic and abundant but not such luck I’m afraid!!
