Not sure how this timeline can be given. Exploitation concession needs to be granted first.
Beowulf Mining have been waiting for permitting for 9 years. They only got exploitation concession now. They still need environmental permitting.
Talga still needs exploitation concession before they even can get environmental permitting. This timeline given does not seem right.
