The amount of smart posters here over looking the permitting risks has me scratching my head.
If we get the green light yes then we can start plugging assumptions into DCFs and establishing milestones related to share price movements.
But until that happens any investment here is binary. This could go to zero value.
Whilst I am attracted by the huge upside the delays in getting initial approvals has me sitting on the fence. I will be happy to miss the 20-30% potential rise should they get the approvals than risk all my capital in case they don’t.
Something at this point doesn’t smell right to me. Hence I wait.
