everybody is talking about the upside, should TODD end as a majority holder they will have board seats, how it is managed from that point is really a high risk venture for shareholders in terms of dilution, it wont bother TODD because they will have their margin from i/o and if FMS are financially disadvantaged then a new bid can be made ,when will that happen no time soon 1-2 years.

so the tax loss selling as opposed to the time value of money tied up in FMS is a real issue and FMS in light of that may not improve in value so double the sp after say 1oo% dilution and profit spread even after a consolidation may leave holders in a poor position---its a quandry that is difficult to envisage a return of
say 400% and would not be the first to disappoint investors regarding returns
