Hi Marlin77, hope I understand your point: be wonderful for management to issue a soothing statement that they're on the case to calm frustration and anxiety. Absolutely (and I must be diplomatic here) it's suboptimal of SVL management - the omission of the transmission lines - but don't forget they previously had a consent and it was revoked owing that technicality. As noted by others this appeal could've been dismissed with a condition imposed on the consent regarding the power alas it didn't happen. When SVL issue a statement, I'm confident the wording will indicate whether an amended resubmission or a fresh submission is required, hope this answers your question.
