Hi All,
I spoke to PDN Investor Relations today. In summary they are shocked themselves at the attack on the share price. All they could say was that its a big hedge fund that is driving it. They agree that Johns sale earlier this week didnt help confidence but they are trying to reassure investors that all is ok with the company. They also said they have re-checked their accounts and dont see any fear of breaching debt covenants.
They have a call tonight with the convertible bond holders to re-assure them as well. Lets hope next week brings a better week for PDN holders as buyers step up to purchase at these basement prices.
