How about cutting and pasting something from FMG's "plan" when it was 9c. I doubt anyone expected FMG to take off the way it did plan or not. At that stage im sure they were looking to JORC a decent resource just like FMS currently is trying to. When that happens the FMS "plan" can form ie finding JV partners,making placements with large investors, transportation issues addressed and many others. If they get their act together its possible that the world will be in a position of rising out of its recession. Could even be perfect timing. KW likely to step aside at that time.
