I totally agree with you on the JORC being necessary Cruiser. I never said it wasn't, however I strongly believe that Flinders may be just moving ahead towards a jorc but without any clear idea of where they're headed.
I bet Twiggy Forrest had a very clear idea of where he wanted to be long before he knew the final resource size. I can't believe that he only thought about what he might do with all that ore as an afterthought.
All I'm saying is that they need to be putting the feelers out NOW rather than in 6 month's time. Discussions could be pursued conditional upon say a resource of min 500mt with say average 60%fe. Anything above that would be a bonus.
Maybe they are doing that now but I'm not so sure. I get the feeling that they are really just a bunch of well-meaning technical guys with only limited business acumen and vision. Though not easy to find, they need an enthuiastic and articulate mover and shaker on the board like Twiggy imo.
