A sale of OGD would be a positive for the share price. My broker believes that the lack of certainty about what will happen with OGD is one of the reasons holding back the GRD share price.
The money obtained from selling OGD would allow GRD to improve its current core waste management businesses allow management to concentrate on that core business.
However, the OGD stake is not going to sold off at discount price. GRD have other places in place to extract value out of their OGD holdings is a sale is not successful, but a sale is the cleanest solution.
