    Dolce, A foreign owned company who is not listed on the asx can take over an ASX listed company. It has been done many times.

    I stated earlier that then scenario of xstrata shares were a pipe dream due to them being foreign but they could take over company for cash etc.

    Needless to say I do NOT think that will happen.
