I bought more FID today.
I have a house on it now, nearly touching on a Top20 I reckon.
PE12 or so, Div>5%, ROE 30%, no debt.
yes a short term question on earnings due to affect of market drop on FUM, but roll forward 12 months and Mr Market will be talking about something else...
IMO when this market sees a little ray of sunshine somewhere, it will charge back hard with interest rates so low.
