In this environment what company will want to invest in relatively untried technology and at a time when resources are being hammered, credit is hrad to come by, mines are closing and the future is uncertain....many junior explorers or junior players in this environment will go under even those with something solid to show..INL has absolutely nothing to show..this is almost certainly going under..no deal is going to happen, that is clear now..hope is a great thing but it can also lead to disaster if you are not realistic about the probabilities.
