Probability is that if was going to happen then it would have done so by now..ok they may have no control over the regulatory measures but surely they would have known about this...secondly on the one hand they said that everything was signed and done and dusted but now they are backtracking and saying that from a corporate veiwpoint it is still not finished either.
This is a one shot wonder..either they get the deal completed and the share price might do well or they dont get it and the company goes under...or at least the share price drops into oblivion...right now it really looks like the deal wont get done or if it does then it will be months away. The other party looks to be having second thoughts I reckon.
