I queried the company about announcement of 17th August which alluded to: "A further announcement in respect of these negotiations is expected in the near term"
Response I got: "we would expect that ‘near term’ in this context is during October, but as with all negotiations (and dealing with other corporates) this can slip. Clearly, we want to ensure that, as these are long term relationships and arrangements, the company needs to do the best deal/s it can"
Further, Chairman Peter Marks left for Isreal on the w/end for a series of meetings. Back around 16th October.
