Banks are the most undervalued based on their strong earnings potential, strong commercial property market, contantly upgraded earnings, high dividend yield, fully franked dividends, technological innovation leading to staff reductions, stream-lining business units, increased take-over activity...etc...
BANKS ARE VBLOODY BOOMING GOT GODS.
Conventional wisdom about banks falling when interest rates rise is crap also. Speak to the instos and you'll know what I mean.
