Most do not reside and will not be able to attend the AGM. However i expect voting to tell a different story.
The company has 15m debt, roughly 2m in cash (Probably 1m after this quarter) and no production income till 2014 subject to raising over 100m through debt and equity. 92m won't cover working capital.
So yes i think it is prudent that management conserve cash as well. Especially when they quote 'global uncertainty'.
