I think LeDerp makes some good points and its worth while hearing the negitives as well as the positives so that we dont get swept away with the hype.
JG has been very good over the years at delivering outragous hype but when it comes to performance bonuses he seems to like to set very different targets.
Let him use the same targets. Give management a big bonus when MYG hits 2.5m ounses. How about that for a performance target?? Thats what he keeps telling us.
