There would be events that allow for cessation of escrow, such as winding up of CRL. If CRL went into administration the timeframe prior to sale would take us through to escrow so no difference there. In that scenario I would expect IG6 would work with the administrators to try and find willing buyers of their IG6 shares to prevent a major overhang/dump.

My belief is the share price is being impacted by the price of graphene and the uncertainty of just how IG6 will fund their Springdale mine and Collie BAM facility.
