I don't really know, I haven't been monitoring supply and demand, and have rarely even looked at input prices.
It's possible the slump may be wholy, or in part, due to the interest rises of 2023. I note also more and more articles are trying to discourage EV buying making claims that they are dearer to run that petrol or diesel vehicles.
