In relation to the proposed issue of convertible notes to La Jolla investors. These bunch are nothing but parasites. They will take stock at discounted prices from the company and dump it on the market. They successfully reduced the value of my portfolio in another company by 40%. The company should do a proper CR, placement, rights issue or SPP. They do not realise they are constricting their capacity to do capital raisings in future by entering into bed with this mob.
