This is a good announcement for anyone who is med - long term on the stock.

Dont let anyone tell you that all that will happen is La Jolla will down ramp the price in light of what might have happened to completely different companies who failed to place conditions on La Jollas trading (not that some wish to even acknowledge that - i wonder why?)
We aren't that stupid, we have clauses and conditions and therefore this is a good announcement which will eliminate the need to further dilute share holdings with a
Capital Raising - which BTW some were complaining about - you can't please everyone it seems and every announcment is a bad one for some, it seems lol.

Look at everything rather than isolate one false negative that isn't even relevant to our company.

I even see some BUY orders have come in on my screen.
